Being around the Amish and getting to know some personally since I was a child I knew a lot about them but there were also a lot of things that I have been curious about.
When I seen this book come available I wanted to review it. This book is something that I really needed to read. Even in the economy like it is today people would still rather buy what they want then what they need.
Some of the things in this book:
There is a whole chapter about despoiling children that has a lot of great advice.
There is a lot mentioned about credit cards and not buying things you don't need
Shopping Second.
Buying in bulk.
And so much more.
Don't miss this book so much sound info. I am not saying that everything mentioned in this book is totally accurate because I don't know the Amish that good to say it is all for real.
I think there is something we can all learn from the Amish.

Sounds like a great book - I've always had a lot of respect for the Amish but don't know a whole lot about them. I would like to read the chapter about despoiling children.
It looks and sounds like a great book! Thanks for sharing!
That's a book I will have to check out, it sounds fascinating. But my curious is really peaked concerning despoiling children too.
