Use as many potatoes as your family would eat.
Wash potatoes no need to peel them. Potatoes are healthier unpeeled.
Cut potatoes into fries to the thickness you desire
Use a greased baking sheet or cookie tray.
Bake for about 30 min in a preheated 400 degree oven until soft.
(More or less time might be needed depending on your oven.)
About half way through baking time sprinkle with seasoning salt (I prefer the one without the MSG.) MSG is very bad for your body.
You can serve with plain, with Ketchup (check out this homemade Ketchup recipe from my friend Gina) or any dipping sauce of your choice. Just remember you can ruin healthy fries by serving them with unhealthy condiments.
You can use any kind of potatoes this same way even sweet potatoes (I wouldn't put the seasoning salt in sweet potatoes thought.)
