My Husband a gift from God

I have been learning to cherish my Husband as a gift from the Lord.

Our husbands are not our enemies they are a gift.

I want to treasure my Husband as a cherished gift.

As my Husband goes out each day to do what God has called him to do and support our family I feel part of my responsibility is to be holding Him up in prayer on a daily basis.  Our husband have real struggles, a lot of responsibilities on their sholders and a world to face.  We need to be suporting of them with our prayers.

One other thing that has been a vital part of our Marrage relatonship is praying together on a daily basis.  We strive to do this morning and eveninig.  I feel like this has grately strengthend our Marriage in more way then I can even mention.

I challenge you to do the same.  Hold your Husband up in prayer and pray together if you can as well.

We were challenged this week in women's group to fast something this week, and instead prayer for our husband. Also, to find a scripture to pray for our husband. I am excited about this challenge, since it's not something I've ever done before for him...btw, you HAVE to get Sunday's cd. It was absolutely amazing!!!

Good afternoon! I completely agree with you. Our husband's have a big responsibility being the leaders of our homes on many levels. We need to uplift them everyday and praise them for their efforts.

I have struggled with getting my husband to pray with me. Not that he doesn't want to, he just doesn't like saying it out loud.

Thank you for stopping by my blog and following my blog. It's so nice to meet you! :> )

Blessings, new friend~

My husband and I have been married for almost 42 years and I have been praying scripture for him for 37 of those years. It changed my world. I also write a blog on praying for the men in our lives-husbands, sons, brothers, etc. Please visit me at www.constantinprayer@blogspot.com
