Patriotic Berries
Items needed:
Berries (cleaned)
White Chocolate
Blue Chocolate
Colored chocolates can be found at craft stores.
First dip Berry in melted white chocolate 2/3 to 3/4 of the way by holding the stem.
Cool until chocolate is totally set.
Dip the tip only of the Berry into the melted Blue chocolate.
Cool and keep cool until ready to serve.

I saw a magazine article recently for red, white and blue strawberries just like these -- except for the blue they used blue sprinkles. You would dip the strawberry in the white frosting and then dip the tip into the sprinkles. Either way, they look great! We are doing this for sure this 4th of July!

You can also use blue sprinkles, if all you have is white chocolate :)
