I like Chantel's books in that they the are inspiring and encouraging. Chantel herself lost a lot of weight like 200 lbs.
This book has a section on meal suggestions as well as a whole section on exercising and a picture for each example.
A lot of this book is on diet and exercise.
I like reading books like this not just for the inspiration and encouragement but the example she gives in that she lost a lot of wt. Herself but also that she has been able to keep it off.
