I have a big light pink rose bush in my yard that has been here since my Great Grandmother lived here. I believe she originally planted it.
I love roses especially pink ones and I love tea.
So I thought it would be so cute to display some roses in the beautiful rose tea cup that I got for mothers day.
Just get out a pretty tea cup, put a little water in the bottom, cut some roses off put the roses in the tea cup with the water and set them on a beautiful doily on your table (or wherever you would like) as a lovely centerpiece.
I love making my home into a haven just adding little things like this addds so much beauty to my home. It does not have to cost much to add special touches to a home.
The Lord is so good to create such Beauty in Roses.
May be linked with some of these parties.

I do this as well. I just LOVE roses and teacups!!
Beautiful! And such a lovely touch to any room. :)
Oh, I used to do this when I had a dozen rose bushes in our old home! I remember now how much I miss that!
That looks so nice :) How neat that the rose bush dates back to your great-grandmother! I love that!
Love the pink of this rose. I think I'll use your idea when I host a tea party/baby shower for my first granddaughter this summer. blessings.
